Where the products are made:
Textile products are made in our own sewing studio in Jyväskylä, and the jewelry is made in our own jewelry studio in Tampere, Finland, under Finnish working conditions. The products are handmade in Finland.
Where the materials come from:
Fabrics and supplies are purchased from Finnish wholesalers or directly from manufacturers in Finland, Germany, and the Baltic countries.
What fabrics are used:
The clothing uses linen, cotton, bamboo and cotton viscose, lyocell, modal, and wool. Some fabrics contain small amounts of elastane and polyamide. Bags have a cotton outer fabric and the lining is most often polyester with padding. Some bags are partly made of leather.
Delivery methods:
Posti and Matkahuolto are used for deliveries within Finland. For international deliveries several shipping carriers are available. You can choose the delivery method at checkout. Example prices within Finland: small parcel €6.90 and parcel €8.90. Orders over €90 have free shipping to Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
Delivery time:
Most online store orders are made from new materials in our sewing studio. In this case the delivery time is approximately 4–10 days. If the product is already in stock, it is usually shipped on the next business day after the order.
Can a product be returned:
We do not accept returns for hygiene products, underwear, or earrings. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to custom-made products manufactured according to the customer’s wishes. Otherwise, within Finland free returns are available and customers have 14 days to notify us of the return and 14 days to send the product back after the return notification.
Can the order be paid in installments:

Do you repair and service the products you sell:
Yes, we repair old products that have been damaged or worn out during use. We provide a cost estimate for the repair, and the customer decides whether to proceed.
