Terms of delivery 1.6.2020


We send orders mainly to the EU Countries, UK, Japan, Kanada, South-Korea and USA. You'll find all Countries from the menu in the check out.

You can also order products at another address, for example as a gift, to add the shipping address to the details field.

The subscriber must be 18 years of age or have the guardian's consent given by email.

We will answer any questions by email or phone. Below you will find contact information.


Product prices include Finnish VAT 24%, tax breakdown can be seen in shopping cart and delivery confirmation.

Possible shipping costs will be added to the total purchases and displayed in the shopping cart.

The ordered products can be paid for by all the payment methods available at Paytrail.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard.

If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or other credit cards displayed at the checkout, Riiminka will only act as a marketer of products and services and will also deliver the products to the buyer. Paytrail (Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy) is responsible for complaints.

Paytrail works with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard as the seller of the product and the deal is created between the customer and Paytrail. The seller is responsible for all trade related obligations. Paytrail is also a payee.

Online Banking

Paytrail's (2122839-7) payment and financing service for online banking is implemented in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail buys a payment and pays it to the merchant. From the user's perspective, the service works just like traditional online payment.


You can pay also by using Your PayPal -account.


Shipping costs are shown at checkout when ordering. You can choose the delivery method you want and the price will be determined accordingly.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order. If you order only one small product, choose the letter as the delivery method. Otherwise, select another delivery method or pick-up from the store as the order form. Valid delivery costs are shown in more detail at checkout when you place your order.

In the To the Recipient's Door as Agreed service (+€ 12), the parcel delivery time is agreed with the recipient in Finland. The service is available in bigger cities and urban areas from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m., and elsewhere mainly from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. With this service, Posti contacts the recipient and agrees on the delivery date and time frame. The price of the service for € 12 will be added to the package for € 5.90. Total 17,90 €. Payment is not refunded upon cancellation.

When delivered outside Finland, the customer is responsible for any customs, tax and all other import-related payments.

Shipments are delivered by letter or parcel via Finnish Posti and Matkahuolto.

When your order is ready to be picked up, we will send you a text message / email about it.


The customer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days, either verbally or in writing. Below you will find contact information. The product must be shipped within 14 days of cancellation.

According to the Consumer Protection Act: "If the consumer has received the goods, he must keep it substantially unchanged and unrestricted until he decides to keep the goods.

However, if the consumer withdraws from the contract after the goods are put into service, he shall be liable for the value of the contract. Goods shall not be deemed to have been put into service if the consumer has treated the goods only as necessary for the purpose of ascertaining their nature, characteristics and functionality. "

The product may be tested and matched as in the store. Any other use of the product is considered as commissioning. (Guidance for Consumer Advisory Board 12.12.2018).

We do not accept hygiene products, underwear and earrings as returns.

You must include or copy the original shipping list. Customer return is free to the customer in Finland. Returns from other countries will be paid by the customer and the shipping price will not be refunded. In the case of returning the entire shipment in Finland, we will also refund the original postage collected from the customer. We do not redeem postage returns.

When you return your product from the Finland area, first contact info@onemanband.fi to get a return code for the postal package. You can send the items in the letter to Riiminka at the address below. We will return a letter payment with a refund.


We will refund or replace incorrect products.

If the shipment is damaged during shipping, please contact the Post directly.


Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties and will only be used for the purpose of managing your customer relationship.
